BERLIN, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Verda and Compal Electronics (Compal; TWSE: 2324) are expanding their collaboration to support the rapid expansion of Verda’s dedicated AI infrastructure, combining Verda’s expertise in cloud AI with Compal’s growing global manufacturing capabilities and advanced AI server engineering. Companies will highlight their collaboration during the GTC Berlin 2026as demand for AI computing continues to accelerate in Europe and global markets.

Verda and Compal showcase their expanded global AI infrastructure collaboration at GTC Berlin 2026, highlighting the SGX30-2 server powered by NVIDIA HGX B300 systems.

As Verda expands its cloud AI capability, the ability to quickly and efficiently deploy infrastructure across different regions becomes increasingly critical. Compal continues to invest in the expansion of its production network, in particular by increasing its production capacities in Daxi (Taiwan) and in the United States, thus strengthening its capacity to support its customers as close as possible to the locations of AI infrastructure deployment.

This global presence constitutes an important asset for Verda’s expansion strategy. US deployments can be supported by local US manufacturing, while Compal’s increased Daxi capacity can support Verda’s growth in EMEA and Asia, helping to improve deployment flexibility, supply resilience and speed as Verda expands its AI infrastructure globally.

Developing together: from advanced computing to global deployment

The Verda–Compal collaboration brings together complementary strengths across the AI infrastructure lifecycle. Verda brings expertise in infrastructure, deployment and operation of GPU clouds, transforming advanced computing capacity into scalable AI cloud services. Compal has the engineering capabilities, large-scale manufacturing capabilities and global production network necessary to transform the latest accelerated computing technologies into deployment-ready infrastructure.

Together, the companies are establishing a more flexible path to move from NVIDIA’s accelerated computing technology to production AI environments, helping Verda scale capacity faster while maintaining the infrastructure reliability and scalability needed for global growth.

This next phase is supported by Compal’s SGX30-2, based on NVIDIA HGX B300 systems with eight NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs. Built for high-density AI workloads, the platform provides a next-generation computing foundation for Verda’s expanding AI infrastructure.

“Our goal is to provide cutting-edge AI teams around the world with the computing power they need, and the next two years will be critical as we scale our business to meet growing demand. Our collaboration with Compal allows us to scale our operations quickly and reliably,” said ArtursPolis, technical director at Verda.

Alan Chang, vice president of the Infrastructure Solutions Business Group (ISBG) at Compal, said:

“Our investment in global production aims to support our customers as AI infrastructure moves from rapid innovation to large-scale deployment. By combining Compal’s engineering and manufacturing expertise with Verda’s AI cloud and operational expertise, we can more quickly meet regional demand and accelerate the deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure.”
