/PRNewswire/ — ieGeek has opened pre-orders for the ZY-Q5 security camera system in the UK and Europe. The system combines 5MP outdoor cameras with a base station, allowing users to monitor different areas of their home through the ieGeek Cam app and save recordings locally, without the need for a monthly subscription.
Pre-orders are available through the ZY-Q5 UK and ZY-Q5 Europe pages. Orders will open on November 15, 2026, with the first shipment of eligible pre-orders scheduled to begin on November 25.
Centralized viewing and local storage
The ieGeek Cam app allows you to view multiple live camera feeds on a single screen, making it easy to monitor driveways, gardens and driveways from one place. The base station supports up to eight devices and supports microSD cards up to 512GB for local storage of recordings.
The ZY-Q5’s 5MP cameras feature full-color night vision, while AI detection and auto-tracking help users monitor activity on their property. Users can set detection zones and monitoring schedules, receive motion alerts and communicate with visitors thanks to the two-way audio system.
Solar charging helps reduce the need for manual recharging, and the cameras have an IP65 weather resistance rating, allowing them to be used outdoors.
Black Friday in the UK and Europe
ieGeek también celebrará un evento de Black Friday con descuentos de hasta el 60 % en productos seleccionados. Featured models include the S5 Solar Security Camera and S11 4G LTE Camera. Early access for VIP customers will be available from November 8 to 11, followed by the main promotion, which will run from November 12 to December 4. Region-specific offers and terms can be found on the UK Black Friday page and the Europe Black Friday page.
