President and CEO David Jukes will take over as executive chairman effective July 1, 2026

As part of Univar Solutions’ continued focus on creating value across all business segments, President and CEO David Jukes will transition to the role of Executive Chairman.
President and Chief Executive Officer, David Jukes, will transition into the role of Executive Chair effective July 1, 2026.
Effective July 1, the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors will work closely with the company’s management and the Board of Directors to ensure strategic oversight, continuity, implementation of established goals and support of the company’s long-term priorities. This change reflects the company’s confidence in the strength of its management team and readiness for the next phase of value creation.
As part of the organizational restructuring, Univar Solutions is divided into separate segments focused on customer needs:
- Chemical Distribution and Services: Headed by CEO Robert (Bob) Craycraft. This segment focuses on connecting a comprehensive portfolio of chemical products with a robust global logistics network to provide superior service at the local level.
- Ingredients and Specialty Products: Led by CEO Nicholas (Nick) Powell, the segment is dedicated to serving select industries through a world-class portfolio of specialty chemicals and ingredients, supported by a global network of development laboratories and test kitchens, to address technical challenges and help bring better products to market in less time.
- ChemPoint: This segment will continue to help suppliers and customers discover new growth opportunities by creating on-demand solutions and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for a wide range of chemicals and ingredients.
