As IoT fleets expand across borders, businesses need to be able to manage all of their SIM cards, contracts and networks from a single platform. Unified management helps reduce costs and speed deployment, while multi-network resiliency ensures devices are connected in the event of a network failure.
This acquisition, the second made by CSL in 2026 following that of IoTM Solutions in July, strengthens CSL’s ability to help its customers build resilient IoT infrastructures, providing the availability and operational control required by life, mission and business critical applications.
Simple. Fast. Yours.
SIMPL’s promise is simple, fast and within your reach: connectivity that sets up quickly, works with the SIM cards, access points (APNs), hardware and carrier contracts customers already have, and allows them to maintain full control of every connection. EverSIM, its multi-operator eSIM built on unmodified, GSMA SAS-certified Thales eUICC infrastructure and natively compatible with GP.22 and SGP.32, offers customers the option to purchase connectivity from SIMPL or bring their own from up to 100 mobile network operators, with support for 5G in standalone mode and backward compatibility with NB-IoT. Each SIM SKU incorporates a native primary carrier profile, and customers can adapt to any location by downloading local profiles over the air. Backup profiles automatically take over in the event of a failure of the main network and give way as soon as it is restored. Compass, its “all-in-one” platform, offers customers a single dashboard and API to activate, monitor and manage SIMPL SIM cards alongside existing carrier SIM cards, with automated self-healing through automatic switching to a fallback profile.
Historically, enterprise eSIM deployments have taken a year or more due to platform integrations, carrier certifications and custom developments. EverSIM reduces this time to days, allowing customers to quickly move from proof of concept to production while maintaining centralized control. Speed, simplicity, control: it simply works.
With well-established partnerships, notably with T-Mobile and Thales, SIMPL supports solution providers and resellers, as well as customers from the distribution, transport, energy and electric vehicle charging sectors. This allows CSL to have an immediate American customer base, local marketing capabilities and relationships with first-tier operators.
Combined with CSL’s patented rSIM® multi-network resilience and IoTM’s connectivity orchestration, SIMPL offers customers a unique operating model: manage all your SIM and eSIM cards and stay connected even in the event of a network outage.
Jason Morrow, PDG de SIMPL Wireless, a déclaré:
“SIMPL is based on three ideas: speed, simplicity and control. IoT connectivity must be able to be activated quickly, work with the equipment customers already have, and remain within their control: it just has to work. Joining the CSL Group means benefiting from a platform designed to guarantee availability and backed by three decades of expertise in critical connectivity. For our customers, nothing changes from day one, except what we can now offer them.”
The SIMPL team will join the CSL Group, and SIMPL will continue to serve its existing customers, operators and partners as SIMPL Wireless, a CSL Group company.
Development of CSL in North America
CSL already provides managed IoT connectivity services and patented rSIM® technology ensuring resilience to over three million connections across the building security, healthcare, infrastructure, utility and transportation sectors. SIMPL brings to CSL a presence in the United States, a network of operator relations and a local team to make this offer available to North American customers.
Together, CSL, IoTM and SIMPL enable customers to deploy their solutions globally, connect with confidence, automate SIM and eSIM lifecycle management, and keep critical devices connected as their fleet expands.
Ed Heale, CEO of CSL Group, said:
“Customers should not have to choose between flexibility and resilience. The integration of SIMPL within the CSL group gives us a presence in North America and a platform that allows our customers to connect anywhere, with the reliability essential for critical applications.”
The financial terms of the transaction were not communicated.
