Shiven Ramji, former chairman of Auth0 at Okta, is joining Cellebrite as chief product and technology officer

(Nasdaq: CLBT), a global leader in AI-powered digital investigations and intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Shiven Ramji as chief product and technology officer. In this role, Ramji will lead the company’s product and technology division and drive innovation and deployment of Cellebrite’s industry-leading digital investigation and intelligence platform. Ramji will take up his duties on May 4, 2026, succeeding Ronnen Armon, who will retire a few months after the handover is complete.

Ramji will bring his extensive experience to Cellebrite, with a successful track record of growing high-growth technology companies and leading product and technology organizations through periods of high growth and significant change. He previously worked at Okta, where he served as Chairman of Auth0, leading a $1 billion business and driving strategy and execution across product, data, security and technology. Prior to Auth0 and Okta, Ramji served as senior vice president of product at DigitalOcean and held leadership roles at global brands such as Amazon, NBCUniversal, LiveIntent and The Nielsen Company.
