The combined company brings together more than 15 years of operational experience in Latin America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, dating back to the founding of Eos Global Expansion and Serviap Global in 2010. Rivermate now delivers EOR services through 38 fully owned legal entities worldwide, supported by on-site teams and an extensive network of trusted local partners. The company covers more than 180 countries and supports more than 3,500 workers worldwide.
Through this consolidation of operations and brand, the four entities now operate as one global company under the Rivermate name, providing a more unified, managed and locally anchored approach to international hiring, EOR services, Contractor of Record (COR) and payroll.
Existing customer contracts and the provision of services remain unaffected. Customers continue to work with their existing contacts and also benefit from expanded global opportunities via the unified platform.

Hightekers will continue to operate as a standalone brand, supporting independent professionals worldwide through a premium freelancer management solution. With an established market presence and a loyal customer base, Hightekers maintains its own identity, teams and commercial focus.
