Acquisition expands Resonant’s presence in Europe and adds specialized expertise in calibration, IOR/EOR outreach and partner centers to support the global clinical trial lifecycle
Oct. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Resonant Clinical Solutions (“Resonant”), a global clinical solutions partner serving life sciences organizations across the clinical supply chain and specimen lifecycle, today announced the acquisition of German company Labfish Rental Solutions GmbH (“Labfish”) and its subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom; Together, these companies offer comprehensive clinical and laboratory equipment rental and calibration solutions. This acquisition expands Resonant’s presence in the equipment and ancillary (E&A) segment in Europe and strengthens its ability to support increasingly complex clinical trial programs around the world, thanks to high-demand specialized capabilities.
Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Labfish offers an extensive inventory of laboratory equipment for rent, including scales, freezers, refrigerators, infusion pumps, and monitors, along with kits, ancillary supplies, and industry-leading in-house calibration expertise. Labfish also provides Importer of Record (IOR)/Exporter of Record (EOR) and direct-to-patient logistics management, working with partner warehouses in Argentina, Israel, Turkey and China to supply clinical trial sites in more than 70 countries. Originally founded in 2014, Labfish is ISO 9001 certified and operates one of the largest in-house calibration facilities conducting clinical trials in Europe.
