ONLYOFFICE 10.0 integrates contextual AI into the editors for documents, spreadsheets, presentations and PDF files. Using a dedicated AI tab with built-in chat, teams can create drafts, create summaries, translate text, clean and format content without having to leave the file or copy content to a separate tool.
AI simplifies daily work: legal departments can summarize contracts, analysts can create forecasts or pivot tables, and managers can turn ideas into structured presentations.
Pre-built prompts, custom AI actions, assistants, and saved prompts help teams streamline workflows and automate routine tasks.
Companies determine how AI will be used and select models based on quality, speed and cost. Cloud users can enable ONLYOFFICE AI via OpenRouter, while server installations can connect any model, including on-premises models. Confidential data remains within the infrastructure.
New modular apps
This version introduces four free apps that extend ONLYOFFICE Docs (under AGPL v3). AI agents automate the workspace using – intelligent search, a personalized knowledge base, and advanced reasoning capabilities powered by MCP servers. Forms optimize data collection and the evaluation of answers. “Files” centralizes document storage and has access controls. Rooms supports secure collaboration, including virtual data rooms for confidential content. In the cloud, the apps are activated by default. They can be installed on servers with a single command.
Improvements in the editor
The PDF editor offers metadata removal features, customizable annotations, automatic table recognition, and reusable signatures. In the document editor, co-authors can track each other’s cursors in real time, the new “Keep together with next item” feature ensures that related content stays together, and support for RTL is now more reliable. Spreadsheets run faster – with optimized functions, formula hints and an animated copy frame. Presentations get new viewing modes and expanded print settings, as well as the ability to export slides as GIF or video.
Users can now work with .ofd files, save spreadsheets as (.xls), convert SVG files to editable shapes, and add data tables to charts. The plugin manager has been redesigned with “Antidote”, “Curly” and new Salesforce plugins.

ONLYOFFICE 10.0 fixes 35 security vulnerabilities, strengthening protection for organizations handling sensitive data as AI-driven threats continue to evolve.
Desktop and mobile devices
The desktop editors get a revamped homepage, redesigned template and cloud areas, Odoo integration, and visual improvements on Linux. In the desktop community, AI tools are available as an optional add-on.
The free iOS and Android apps offer an AI assistant with new providers like Grok and DeepSeek, as well as AI autocomplete for forms and voice input so you can work on the go.
