N-able Picks ‘Godfather Of The MSP Industry’ Mike Cullen To Lead RMM Business

Software vendor N-able has appointed industry veteran Mike Cullen to general manager of RMM to accelerate partner-led innovation.

“Build it and they will come isn’t how it’s done today,” said N-able CEO John Pagliuca in a statement. “Our industry and business are grounded by trust, true partnership and continuous collaboration. Cullen has been in this space for many years and is often referred to as the ‘Godfather of the MSP industry’ by our partners.”

Cullen comes with more than 30 years of experience in the channel and is recognized globally for his execution in go-to-market strategies, growth maturity models, partner engagement, customer success and ecosystem selling.

In this newest role, he will lead the Burlington, Mass.-based company’s RMM platforms and portfolio while working closely with head nerds, market development and customer success teams.

“For nearly two decades, N-able’s business and technology resources have followed the roadmap of helping MSPs establish, grow, and scale their business from managing point solutions to everything as a service across small, mid- and enterprise accounts,” Cullen said in a statement. “We want to show the market N-able’s people, processes, and technologies are the right fit for any MSP, anywhere in their journey. Our industry‘s future is bright, and the time is now for N-able and our MSPs to scale operations, expanding our current book of business and simultaneously landing more business together.”

One of Cullen’s top priorities is to align the N-able portfolio closely to the needs of new MSPs managing single point solutions and established MSPs who want to deliver and manage everything-as-a-service. He will also be introducing more partner-feedback loops directly into the N-able R&D, sales and marketing teams.

Cullen will join the N-able team next week in Las Vegas for its Empower conference which will include company and product updates, networking opportunities and over 30 hours of educational content for MSPs.LEARN MORE: Managed Security
