In this role, Jessica will unify and accelerate the company’s digital transformation initiatives, building on cutting-edge tools currently deployed in multiple real-world settings. Her work will amplify how Held’s experts deliver insight, clarity and defensible results for clients while supporting the company’s long-term growth.
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Lee Spirer, Jessica will serve as a strategic partner across the company, working closely with executives with operational oversight to scale leading applications that enable customers to benefit from consistent, efficient use of digital technologies and support how JS Held’s experts deliver their work to customers. Its mandate includes increasing the use of advanced technology solutions, establishing enterprise-wide governance for their use and ensuring that these capabilities are deployed in a responsible, business-ready and secure manner.

Jessica Larson has nearly 20 years of experience leading enterprise transformation and technology-driven innovation in global, highly regulated organizations. Before her appointment at JS Held, she worked at TRC Companies as Senior Vice President of Digital & Data Transformation (after previous experience as a management consultant at a Big Four accounting firm). At TRC, she designed company-wide frameworks to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and led operational improvements that delivered efficiency gains and reduced risk. She also led the company’s AI strategy and board of directors, launched a cloud-based AI platform and oversaw a company-wide innovation challenge to identify high-impact digital opportunities.
