4. CISCE shows how innovation drives global supply chains

More than 160 global launches and debuts; first appearance of its own AI zone

/PRNewswire/ — Die 4.China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) will take place in Beijing from June 22nd to 26th. Li Xingqian, vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), said innovation remains a key focus of the fair. This year’s edition highlights three key innovation initiatives designed to promote global supply chain collaboration.

The State Council Information Office of China held a press conference to brief on the preparations for the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE).

For the first time, Digital Technology will have its own AI zone. Developed in collaboration with world-leading semiconductor companies, the section is structured around the AI industry chain – from data and sensing to computing power and algorithms to real-world applications and solutions. There, leading AI companies from China and abroad, including NVIDIA, will gather and introduce the entire AI industry ecosystem.

More than 160 new products, technologies, services and application scenarios will be presented for the first time during the five-day event. The CISCE LaunchPad will host more than 30 key events, providing exhibitors a platform to introduce new innovations and showcase technological advances.

The Innovation Chain Zone, which debuted last year, will return with significant improvements. The zone is based on three pillars: institutional frameworks, innovation platforms and support services. It aims to connect all phases of the innovation chain, from intellectual property protection and technology incubation to commercialization and implementation, thereby contributing to a better connected innovation ecosystem. This year’s show will also spotlight emerging and future industries, including artificial intelligence (AI), low-altitude flight, biomanufacturing and quantum technology, showcasing the entire industry landscape from data and computing power to practical applications.

During the fair, the organizers will present the 2026 edition of the Global Supply Chain Promotion Report as well as a new one Global Supply Chain Resilience Index Matrix and publish other current research results. The trade show will also launch industry maps for the six core supply chain areas – digital technology, advanced manufacturing, green agriculture, healthy living, smart vehicles and clean energy – as well as a dedicated exhibition area for supply chain services. These maps show the key stages of the supply chain and the companies involved in each stage.
