Thunes strengthens its management structure to promote operational excellence and accelerate global expansion

Formerly President and COO of the company, Chloé’s expanded mandate bridges the gap between strategic ambition and operational reality. In her new role as Deputy CEO, Chloe will work in partnership with the Board and CEO to develop the company’s long-term vision while driving its delivery. She supports Thunes’ entire roadmap, including network expansion, mergers and acquisitions, technology, product, marketing, sales operations and global operations.
Chloé will continue to report directly to the company’s co-founder, Peter De Caluwe, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thunes. This new structure leverages its unique expertise in developing high-growth businesses and transforming market leaders to accelerate Thunes’ commercial trajectory.
Chloé brings over 15 years of expertise in fintech business development and multinational transformation. She was notably COO of the Solaris group (valued at 1.6 billion euros), deputy general manager of Natixis Payments and vice-president and general manager for the EMEA region of the Ingenico group. In this role, she successfully managed income statements of over €400 million and created significant enterprise value, including helping to increase Ingenico’s market capitalization by 12 times.
Since joining Thunes in 2023, she has been instrumental in professionalizing the company’s governance and played a pivotal role in securing Thunes’ U.S. licenses in 50 states and closing Thunes’ $150 million Series D funding round.
