/PRNewswire/ — DieAdecco Group (SIX: ADEN) today announces the appointment of Valentina Ficaio as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Executive Committee, effective January 1, 2026. She will succeed Coram Williams, who has decided to step down from his position and take up the role of CFO of an automotive company in Germany in the new year. Coram has been part of the Adecco Group since 2020.

The Italian Valentina joined the Adecco Group in 2019 as CFO Iberia and then became CFO for Southern and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Today she is senior vice president of finance and is responsible for financial planning, controlling and strategy. Before joining Adecco Group, Valentina worked as CFO in the automotive industry, automotive financing and banking. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
