Jennifer brings over two decades of regulatory and compliance experience and expertise, across both the public and private sectors.Most recently, she served as Co-Head of the Private Funds Unit within the SEC’s Division of Examinations, a role she held from July 2015 to April 2025. In this capacity, Jennifer played a key leadership role in shaping the SEC’s oversight of private fund advisers. Prior to her tenure at the SEC, Jennifer held senior roles in the private sector, including Director in Regulatory Risk Consulting at KPMG, Chief Compliance Officer of Chilton Investment Company, and Vice President of Legal and Compliance at Andor Capital Management.
In addition to her professional practice, Jennifer is an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School, where she teaches in the MSL Compliance Program.
