E-motorcycle innovations: E30P and Kun-Era series

Ampace’s e-motorcycle solutions are based on the self-developed BP system, which strikes a balance between energy density, stability and performance. Two important products were the focus of interest:
E30P cell:Designed for electric motorcycles, this cylindrical cell supports fast charging, reaching 95% in 47 minutes and 50% in just 15 minutes. It powers the industry’s first large capacity battery pack of 72V90Ah, enabling a range of up to 195km. The cell retains over 90% capacity after 2000 cycles and shows minimal degradation even after 250 days at 45°C. Thanks to Ampace’s proprietary technology, over 100% capacity retention is achieved during the first 300 cycles.
Kun-Era-Series: This series features six key benefits including safety, performance and light weight. It supports a continuous discharge of 120A and enables acceleration from 0 to 50km/h in less than 3 seconds. A full charge to 80% takes around 40 minutes, and the two batteries offer a range of over 150km. Models such as Wuyang-Honda’s E-VO GT and NIU’s NX Hyper already use this technology, with the E-VO GT reaching a top speed of 120km/h and setting a lap record at the Zhuhai International Circuit.
Battery replacement solutions: efficiency and reliability
For delivery and e-moto taxi drivers, the range and performance of the batteries are crucial. Instead of a slow charge, you can get back on the road faster thanks to the battery replacement service. Ampace powers this system with powerful and reliable batteries. The powerful and durable units are tested over 200 times for durability. The Ampace batteries allow “one change per day” and are equipped with a high-precision BMS with 80A or 100A output, converting efficiency directly into income.
