At the show, Longsys will introduce its first industrial-grade mSSD for a wide temperature range. Based on system-in-package (SiP) technology, it integrates the controller, flash memory and passive components in a single package, eliminating surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and reducing material consumption and manufacturing process requirements. By eliminating solder joints common in traditional PCB assembly, the design eliminates the associated risk of solder joint failures. With water resistance, dust protection and shock resistance, the product offers inherent industrial-grade reliability as well as a wide temperature range for operation. Environmental considerations have also been taken into account in design and manufacturing, supporting more sustainable industrial applications.
Longsys will also showcase a comprehensive portfolio of automotive and industrial-grade storage solutions, including UFS, eMMC, LPDDR and SPI NAND flash. Lexar, Longsys’ high-end consumer storage brand, will introduce industrial-grade SD and microSD solutions in addition to USB flash drives and memory cards for dashcams. These products support applications in intelligent cockpits, ADAS, industrial control and rail transportation.
In addition, there will be live demonstrations from AISSD, AIDIMM and HLCache UFS Present innovative storage form factors and solutions designed to optimize data access, model loading and cache acceleration for device-based AI – helping to simplify system design, improve inference responsiveness and increase system stability.
