Xryma Plc reports stable results for the first half of 2026 while preparing the Group for its next phase of growth

/PRNewswire/ — Xryma Plc (“Band”, “Xryma), a group specializing in banking technologies offering regulated open-source services cross-border bankinginternational transactional banking and real-time payment services within the European Union and the United Kingdom, while independently providing banking software and technology to third-party banks and financial institutions, today announced its financial results audités of the first half of 2026, for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026.

“The first half of 2026 took place entirely within the framework of the strategic investment period that we presented to shareholders. We made a conscious decision to prioritize the infrastructure and new opportunities needed for Xryma’s next phase of growth, while accepting the short-term impact this would have on revenue and profitability,” said Ajay Treon, Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Xryma Plc.

“It is important to note that this investment is now paying off. We completed our integration with the Eurosystem T2 system in June and continued the development of TIPS, PaidBy® and XrymaCoin, while the Technology Services division (as defined in the Prospectus) continued its strong growth, with turnover up 77%. Our activities related to SaaS solutions and the banking platform generate stable recurring revenues, to which are added revenues from high value-added consulting services, tailor-made development and personalization.

We achieved this while remaining profitable and maintaining a strong financial position, closing the first half of 2026 with €59.4 million in net assets and cash of €50.9 million. As the main implementation phase of our strategic investment program draws to a close, we are now focused on implementation, commercialization and growth. We expect to see the first signs of this business momentum in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the positive impacts of the investments we have made starting to materialize from 2027, in the form of revenue growth and operational leverage.”
