According to the IMF (citing FINMA), around four out of five Swiss banks have not yet set up a regulated offering for crypto assets.
Mo Ali Yusuf, CEO von Fuze Finance: “Switzerland is a leader in the regulation of crypto assets and we look forward to bringing our experience to one of the world’s most important financial centers.” Swiss banks and fintech companies are looking for more than just a crypto product to attach to existing systems – they need a secure, regulated infrastructure fit for the future of finance. Our goal is to provide institutions with crypto asset infrastructure that helps them scale faster and innovate to meet growing customer demand.”
Fuze will provide institutional clients with crypto asset and stablecoin settlement infrastructure alongside SWIFT, SEPA and SIC channels, combining digital and conventional infrastructure into one regulated offering. For Swiss private banks and asset managers, Fuze will offer a fully disclosed service model for crypto assets, delivered through partner institutions (banks and fintech companies) regulated in Switzerland.
Fuze will enable institutional crypto brokerage, OTC (agency-based) settlement, and integrated crypto asset brokerage. This model is presented in a joint article in collaboration with Halborn, a company specializing in blockchain security and risk solutions.
Gianluca Masini, Country Manager von Fuze Finance (Switzerland): “Switzerland has created a regulatory framework that sees crypto assets as a core element of the future of finance. As part of SO-FIT, we are building and continually expanding a local team with agile decision-making authority on site. Swiss banks and fintech companies place high demands on their partners, and we want to provide the best possible service from day one.”
