In this clip from Data Summit 2026, Michael Vasicek, Airo Digital Labs SVP of sales and AI enablement, identified 7 business use cases for agentic AI implemented at Airo Digital, drilling down into two that improve operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
The 7 agent examples (business use cases) include the following:
- Procurement advisor agent
- Supplier performance manager agent
- Contract negotiator agent
- Supplier qualifier and onboarding
- Active directory agent
- Call center agent companion
- Predictive maintenance agent
“Almost all of these, even people that don’t have jobs in this industry like we have, can relate,” Vasicek said.
For example, for a contract, he recommended to take a certain type of contract, put it into a SharePoint folder and then that becomes the small language model it will pull data from.
“In this case instead of the legal team spending hours to hit everything on a checklist, you feed a new contract in an AI tool, and you can automatically redline the contract based on the already approved contract,” Vasicek said.
