Hoymiles introduces HiOne as an all-in-one home storage system for private households, setting a new industry benchmark in energy independence for smart homes

/PRNewswire/ — Hoymiles, a global leader in intelligent energy solutions, officially introduced its first all-in-one battery energy storage system (BESS), HiOne, on February 5. Under the theme “Power Your Home, Empower Your Life,” the event brought together PV professionals, technology media and strategic partners to witness the beginning of a new era of energy independence for smart homes: leaner, stronger, faster. The launch was underpinned by a formal signing ceremony with leading European distribution partners and marked a successful start to HiOne’s regional deployment.

Slimmer, stronger, faster: all-in-one rethought

TheHiOne BESS integrates inverter, battery and EMS into a minimalist, furniture-quality system and therefore requires 20% less space at the installation site and 50% less wall space than conventional solutions. The system was developed for modern living and offers emergency power switching in 0ms. This means that the power supply for high loads such as air conditioning systems remains uninterrupted even in the event of power failures. When paired with the S-Miles cloud monitoring platform, homeowners gain complete visibility and control over their energy ecosystem.

With a maximum efficiency of 98.5 and 4MPPT (20A each), HiOne sets a new industry standard and supports complex roof alignments. For maximum safety and longevity, the system uses high-quality battery cells with 314Ah and monitoring at the cell level and offers more than 8000 charging cycles. Thanks to future-proof scalability, users can freely combine new and existing battery modules via integrated DC-DC technology. This means that the capacity per stack can be flexibly expanded from 8 to 64kWh.

To maximize savings, the AI-TOU function, powered by Hoymile’s AI-EMS, dynamically optimizes the best times to charge and discharge based on electricity price patterns and consumption habits, significantly reducing household energy costs.

Industry synergies: Welcome to the next era of energy independence for smart homes

“Our aim is to bridge the gap between complex technology and everyday household life and create a solution that truly fits into the modern household,” said Mr Guy Rong, Division Manager at Hoymiles.

In support of this vision, Jonathan Gorremans of SolarPower Europe (SPE) highlighted the region’s shift towards smart energy management. Antonio Testa from TÜV Rheinland confirmed that HiOne meets the strictest European safety standards.

The highlight of the event was the ceremonial signing of a strategic partnership. Miranda, Managing Director of VDH SOLAR, praised HiOne for its safety, elegant design and exceptional workmanship. She expressed great confidence about the collaboration and emphasized that VDH SOLAR’s decision, as the leading wholesaler of home batteries in the Netherlands, to cooperate with Hoymiles is in line with the company’s focus on providing reliable energy solutions to the Dutch market.
