/PRNewswire/ –TIC Holding Schweiz has successfully completed the acquisition of HSE Conseils SA, headquartered in Laténa, Neuchâtel, and which has six other locations in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, Geneva, Friborg and Jura. The former owner, Marc Dutoit, reinvested as part of the transaction at the holding company level and remains Managing Director of the company.

For almost 20 years, HSE Conseils SA has been a leading specialist in the field of construction pollutants, the environment and occupational safety in French-speaking Switzerland. HSE Conseils SA offers a complete portfolio of services for construction companies, real estate managers, planners, businesses and public institutions.
