Acquisition will enable HCLSoftware to accelerate agentic business intelligence roadmap customers by adding integrated, pixel-perfect analytics and reporting capabilities to its Data and AI division
/PRNewswire/ — HCLSoftware (NSE: HCLTECH.NS) (BSE: HCLTECH.BO), the software division of HCLTech, today announced its intention to acquire Jaspersoft, a business unit of Cloud Software Group and provider of a leading pixel-perfect integrated analytics and reporting platform.
HCLSoftware’s Data and AI division (Actian) is seeing increasing demand for its metadata management, data catalog and data governance solutions, and has seen strong growth over the past five years, driven by enterprise data management solutions. This acquisition will enable Actian to strengthen its offering by providing an immersive, end-to-end data management experience, while expanding its reach with a broad global developer community of data engineers and architects actively working to build, deploy and extend data platforms in the modern enterprise environment.
Jaspersoft offers a comprehensive business intelligence and reporting platform that enables businesses to create pixel-perfect reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
